- Training data: lesson progress, quiz scores, scenario results, badges, and certificates.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to:
- Deliver, track, and report on your cybersecurity training.
- Issue and verify completion certificates.
- Notify you of training deadlines and reminders.
- Meet organizational auditing and compliance reporting needs.
3. Data Security
Training records are stored on a managed platform with access controls and authentication. Access to learner data is restricted to the learner and authorized administrators. Sensitive personal information is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
4. Data Retention
Completion records and certificates are retained to support organizational auditing and compliance needs. Records are maintained for the duration of the training cycle and any required retention period thereafter. Administrators may export completion data for official audits.
5. Cookies & Tracking
The platform uses essential session storage to keep you signed in and to preserve your accessibility preferences. We do not use advertising trackers.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal training data by contacting your administrator. Administrators are responsible for honoring applicable rights under applicable law.
7. Children's Privacy
This platform is intended for workforce training and is not directed at children under 13.
Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using CyberSense, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Accounts & Eligibility
Accounts are created by invitation from an administrator. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt training records. Training completion must reflect your own honest work; circumventing assessments may invalidate certificates.
4. Training & Certification
Certificates are issued only when all required lessons, quizzes, and scenarios are completed and passed at the required threshold. Certificates are verifiable via their unique certificate number and remain valid for the applicable training cycle unless otherwise stated.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content, scenarios, and resources are owned by LTEC with Lance and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The training is provided for awareness purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LTEC with Lance is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law.
8. Changes
We may update this policy and these terms as needed to maintain compliance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
